Fictionally however the fifth season Seinfeld featured a story line where Kramer wanted to write such a book. Was this innovative book ever published? The idea was taken to its logical and comically aburd conclusion when it was imagined that the book itself should have legs and a cup holder, turning the book itself into a coffee table.
